Life is many things. Life is beautiful and miraculous, and it’s wonderful. But there is one thing life isn’t: easy. There are times when this is more apparent than others. We don’t always make it any easier on ourselves either; we hold onto notions and habits and notions that are incorrect, ludicrous, or even harmful to us. We walk through life refusing to see simple truths because we’re worried they’ll be too hard to bear.
Truth hurts, but someone has to say it. Your life is what you make of it and the only person who can help you is yourself and accepting them will actually make every day much easier and much more joyful. Here are some truths to help you live your best life yet.
This is a lot like the first only it may be a little harder to hear. Nothing lasts forever. We’ll only be young for a little while and then we’ll be old. We’ll fall in love, we’ll fall out of love, or lose the ones we love. We’ll live and then we’ll die. So many people before us have lived, loved, succeeded, failed, and died. We need to remember that we aren’t any different.
Rather than being depressed by this, however, we can feel grateful, excited, and even empowered in this life. If things lasted forever, what would make them special? Time and endings make things valuable. We need to appreciate everything.
Be A Realist About The Big Things
Even though we shouldn’t take life too seriously, it’s important that we don’t let our right brain reign all hours of the day. There are some things in life we just need our more analytical mind for. For example, those of us wanting to become famous authors can’t just write some words and then find that BOOM, we’re the best seller! No.
We have to take the appropriate steps to edit, promote, and publish our work. Most things worth doing take time and energy. Basically, everyone has to use their head sometimes. Take a look at this article for some tips on using your head to get things done.
If you want to be loved, first love yourself
For many people, the task of loving themselves is a difficult one. Without forgiveness, broken relationships and disillusioned expectations sometimes create barriers to experiencing love. The truth is, no matter how much people may love you, unless you are able to love yourself, you will not be able to acknowledge or accept the love of others. Take time to learn the truth of who you are: you are love.
Learn new things
Since we understand now that what comes in a Conclusion, we also know that we will need to appreciate everything we could in life. Things can turn out to be dull when placed on somebody's mundane thoughts seeing life as "the grind." On the other hand, we can learn to enjoy things while having a little time to allow it to be. Take another route to school or work, lie in the grass, watch the clouds, and look at the stars. Be intimate, and the entire world will always feel magical. Have a day away from the stress, and enjoy life.
Don’t take things so personally
I always liked the saying, "What others think about me is none of my business." This is not the same as someone who says, "I don’t care about your constructive criticism." Let’s face it: we all have room for improvement, but a great way to drive yourself mad is to take every comment, criticism, or critique personally. People will reveal their characters to you based on their values and beliefs; you don’t have to make them yours.
Accept that life is difficult sometimes
If I would say life is easy and simple, you wouldn’t believe me. But it is. We make it difficult with our thoughts, reactions, and deeds. That’s why it’s important to accept that life is sometimes difficult. Everyone is dealing with some painful life challenge. You don’t know where you’re going, what to do, who you are at that moment.
As if the whole world turned against you and persecuted you. It’s hard to live with that burden on your back. "Why is this happening to me? What have I done wrong?"
If you wouldn’t experience life on the dark side, you would never recognize the bright side. There’s a reason why you, why now, and why it’s so hard. While you’re in that state of mind, you’ll not find out WHY. So, life is sometimes mysterious and difficult. Just like your thoughts and feelings are.
